After Ciara Ladroma spent years of finding herself in a series of situations and communities that prioritized others’ expectations over her own and left her miserable and burned out, she  has  done the work to change her mindset, thereby changing her entire life. Now, she works with Women, Queer people and entrepreneurs because she is a Queer woman and understands the person behind the business, behind the goals. She can say “I hear you.” She truly believes that when one succeeds, we all do.

Ciara has supported nearly 100 small businesses, most of them women, in starting and taking their businesses to a whole new level. She has led 100+ events and programs customized to building entrepreneurial knowledge, foundation, and community.  If you’re feeling trapped, or if you’re living someone else’s idea of what life should be, she’d like to show you what the other side looks like.  More than a counselor or a coach, “I want to be  that person I needed for myself but couldn’t find.” ​
